Kindly note that the complimentary airport transportation service is shared and may include waiting for other travelers and stops at multiple resorts. This transfer can take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours total to reach the resort. For departure, the hotel pickup is typically scheduled about 6 hours prior to your flight time.
We also offer a private airport transfer service for up to 7 people traveling on the same flights in both directions. The cost for private transportation is $144 total per vehicle, roundtrip.
Both options will be available on the second page of the booking form.

Room Block Details
We have reserved a block of rooms at El Dorado Maroma All-Inclusive for
May 13-20, 2026.
You are welcome to book alternative dates through the website.
(If a specific room or date is not currently held, Diana will request it be added to the group.)
Important Information:
Minimum Stay: 3 nights required by the resort
Wedding Attendance: All guests are recommended to stay at the resort to attend the wedding
Booking Method: Please book directly through this site to be part of the group block
Payment Information
Reservations Due Date : December 15, 2025
Payments Due Date: January 15, 2026 (Please note, payment deadlines for wedding group bookings are always earlier than for regular reservations.)
Deposit: Secure your room with just $100 per room or the cost of travel protection
Payment Plan: Available upon request before submitting your deposit

Flights
Please note that flights are not included with the room reservation.
We recommend booking your flights by 6 months prior to travel, ideally by December 15, 2025, to secure the best schedules and rates. Flight details are required to be submitted at least 60 days prior to travel. We will send reminders to assist you with this.
Airport Transfers
During the booking process, after entering your personal information,
you will have the option to select airport transportation from Cancun Airport.
Final details and instructions about your airport transfer will be included with your travel documents, once your final payment has been received or once the transfer has been added.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html
Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
