  • Resort allows small dogs under 22 lbs. Please contact the resort prior to booking to confirm all requirements are met and they can provide you the current cost per night. This fee will be payable to the hotel. Proper paperwork must be provided to the hotel prior to check-in.

Room Block Details

We have reserved a block of rooms at Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita All-Inclusive for
October 19th-26, 2026.

You are welcome to book alternative dates through the website.
(If a specific room or date is not currently held, Dawn will request it be added to the group.)

Important Information:

• Minimum Stay: 3 nights required by the resort

• Wedding Attendance: All guests are recommended to stay at the resort to attend the wedding

• Booking Method: Please book directly through this site to be part of the group block

Payment Information

• Reservations Due Date : June 1st, 2026

• Payments Due Date: June 1st, 2026 (Please note, payment deadlines for wedding group bookings are always earlier than for regular reservations.)

• Deposit: Secure your room with just $100 per room or the cost of travel protection

• Payment Plan: Available upon request before submitting your deposit

We’ve reserved a selection of specific room types just for our guests, which you can view below.
If you are interested in a different category, simply use the “Get Price, Book Now” button and select “unlisted room.”

Flights

Please note: Flights are not included with your room reservation. Guests will need to book flights to PVR (Puerto Vallarta) Airport.

We recommend booking your flights about 6 months before travel, ideally by August 15, 2026, to lock in the best schedules and rates.

Flight details will need to be submitted at least 60 days prior to travel, and Dawn will send helpful reminders to keep you on track.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:

1. Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html

2. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
