How to get a quote for your room and book your reservation:

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Wish To Wander Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site as all rooms must be booked within our room block. 

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made by November 15th, 2025 and paid in full by November 15th, 2025.

We are currently holding rooms at Secrets and Dreams Bahia Mita Spa and Surf All Inclusive Resort from March 25th, 2026-April 1st, 2026 however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group).   Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Flights

Please note that flights are not included with the room reservation.
We recommend booking your flights between 4 to 6 months prior to travel to secure the best schedules and rates.

Airport Transfers

During the booking process, after entering your personal information, you will have the option to select airport transportation from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR)

Private transfers include up to 6 passengers that MUST be on the same flights round trip.

Final details and instructions about your airport transfer will be included with your travel documents
once your final payment has been received or once the transfer has been added.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:

1. Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html

2. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
