How to Book your Reservation:

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Wish To Wander Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site as all rooms must be booked within our room block. 

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made by November 1st, 2025 and paid in full by November 1st, 2025.

We are currently holding rooms at Hilton La Romana All Inclusive Resort from March 12th, 2026-March 17th, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group).   Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort.

To make the most of our wedding weekend, we’ve reserved a room block at Hilton La Romana for our guests. We strongly encourage everyone to book within this block to simplify planning, ensure you're part of the festivities, and avoid extra fees or logistics.

Here’s why booking within the room block matters:

• Staying at the resort helps us avoid an $80 per-person guest pass fee that the resort charges if less than 80% of guests stay on-site.

• You'll have unlimited access to the wedding events, beach, bars, restaurants, and all the fun without the hassle of transportation or check-in restrictions.

• We’ll all be close together—perfect for spontaneous hangouts, family fun, and making memories beyond the wedding day.

If you choose to stay off-site, please be aware:

• You’ll need to pay the $80 guest pass fee and coordinate your own transportation.

• You must arrive on time (late arrivals won’t be allowed into the ceremony).

• You will need to leave the premises after the reception ends to avoid additional charges.

Flights:

To be most efficient, please book your flights directly with the airline starting 3-6 months before departure. You will want to book your flights to La Romana (LRM). After you book your flights, please email Dawn info@wishtowandertravel.com your flight information so that the transfer company can prepare for your arrival.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:

1. Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html

2. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
