How to Book your Reservation:
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Wish To Wander Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site as all rooms must be booked within our room block.
In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made by November 15th, 2026 and paid in full by November 15th, 2026.
We are currently holding rooms at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort from April 14th - April 21st, 2027; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website between these dates. (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!
