To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Wish To Wander Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site as all rooms must be booked within our room block. 

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made by July 15th, 2025 and paid in full by July15th, 2025. 

We are currently holding rooms from December 3-10th, 2025; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group).  If you are interested in a room that we are not holding, our travel agent will request it be added to our group.   Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

This contemporary has 527 sqf/ room features garden view, a large balcony or terrace, and two double-size beds or a king size bed (not guaranteed). The bathroom features frosted glass doors and square sinks, and there is ample closet space.

ONE BEDROOM RESORT RESIDENCE

This 710 sqf / 66 sqm Residence is decorated with art lamps, sculptures and large paintings on the walls. The bedroom has a king size bed with large wooden sliding doors that open up to a separate living room adorned modernly and equipped with a double pull out sofa bed. This suite also provides a full kitchen with granite countertops (refrigerator microwave, oven and stove), and a dining table.

Has been specially designed for families and friends, this suite category provides the same amenities described for the One Bedroom Resort Residence as well as a tastefully designed second bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds or a king size bed (not guaranteed). Rooms can be connecting or joined by an entry hall based on availability.

Hotel Advisories

Advisory: The Municipality of Solidaridad will be charging an Eco Tax of 30.00 Mexico Pesos (approx. $1.60 USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the natural beauty of the destination the area and its surroundings. This fee is subject to change at any time without notice by the hotel.

General Policies:

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. 

Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.

Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

PRICE MATCHING

In today’s internet age, we all know that some people will be tempted to scour the internet in search for a better deal than what our travel agent can provide, however please note that Funjet Vacations offers a price match guarantee, so in the very rare instance that you do think you have found a better deal, please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:

  1. Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html

  2. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
