Minimum Stay: 3 nights required by the resort
Wedding Attendance: All guests are recommended to stay at the resort to attend the wedding

Payments Due Date: December 1, 2026 (Please note, payment deadlines for wedding group bookings are always earlier than for regular reservations.)

Flights
Please note: Flights are not included with your room reservation. Guests will need to book flights to CUN (Cancun) or TQO (Tulum) Airport.
We recommend booking your flights about 6 months before travel, ideally by December 15, 2026, to lock in the best schedules and rates.
Flight details will need to be submitted at least 60 days prior to travel, and Diana will send helpful reminders to keep you on track.
airport transportation
Shared nonstop transfers and private transfers (for up to 7 passengers traveling on the same roundtrip flights) will be available to select during the booking process.
If you’re not ready to decide at the time of booking, you can still add transfers later ; simply email diana@wishtowandertravel.com by March 15, 2027.
If you plan to share private transfers with other guests, please:
Select “No Transfers” during the booking process.
Add a note mentioning that you’ll be joining other guests.
Include their names and confirm you’re all traveling on the same roundtrip dates and flights.

Deluxe
This contemporary has 527 sqf/ room features garden view, a large balcony or terrace, and two double-size beds or a king size bed (not guaranteed). The bathroom features frosted glass doors and square sinks, and there is ample closet space.

ONE BEDROOM suite
This 710 sqf / 66 sqm Residence is decorated with art lamps, sculptures and large paintings on the walls. The bedroom has a king size bed with large wooden sliding doors that open up to a separate living room adorned modernly and equipped with a double pull out sofa bed. This suite also provides a full kitchen with granite countertops (refrigerator microwave, oven and stove).
Max Occupancy: 2 Adults + 2 children
One bedroom Penthouse suite
Penthouses have been created with the most discerning guests in mind, taking extravagance to a new level. Residences occupy the top floors of each building and features a private rooftop lounge. Enjoy the "al fresco” lifestyle with a full lounge area including a half bathroom, a patio with a table for 6, pergola, barbecue grill, a whirlpool tub for two (jetted pool without hot water) or hot tub Jacuzzi® based on availability, chaise lounges and a relaxing Bali bed.

One Bedroom Swim Up suite
This Residence is decorated with art lamps, sculptures and large paintings on the walls. The bedroom has a king size bed with large wooden sliding doors that open up to a separate living room adorned modernly and equipped with a double pull out sofa bed. This suite also provides a full kitchen with granite countertops (refrigerator microwave, oven and stove), and a dining table. Guests can step right into the main pool and water deck in front of their suite’s patio.
Max Occupancy: 3 Adults (no kids allowed)
two bedroom resort suite
In this spacious suite of 1151 ft² consist of two bedrooms, the main one has a modern living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining room, and television; a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, and microwave; a private bedroom with a king-size bed where you can have a haven of rest with a balcony and a bathroom with double sink and all the amenities you need to pamper your body. The second room can be equipped with two double beds or one king-size bed (not guaranteed). Rooms can be connecting or joined by an entry hall based on availability.

GENERAL POLICIES:
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring break-free environment.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.
The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due.
