at the stunning Esperanza in Cabo San Lucas

To make your trip easy and enjoyable, we’ve reserved a room block just down the beach at the beautiful Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa in Cabo San Lucas.

Set on a pristine stretch of beach and just a 5-minute walk to downtown Cabo, this resort offers the perfect mix of location, comfort, and fun. It’s ideal for family vacations, featuring expansive swimming pools, dramatic waterfalls, and a full-service spa.

At Villa del Palmar, the natural beauty of Los Cabos meets luxury accommodations and world-class amenities. You’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay—from beachfront pools and a waterslide to a European-style spa and fitness center. The resort also offers four restaurants, shops, a market, scooter rentals, and even horseback riding.

You may never want to leave the resort—but if you do, you’re just steps away from the vibrant energy of Cabo.

Please note: Rooms have been secured under the European Plan, which means meals and drinks are not included in the room price. This allows everyone the flexibility to dine and explore as they wish during their stay.

How to Book your Reservation:

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Wish To Wander Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site as all rooms must be booked within our room block. 

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made by July 1st, 2025 and paid in full by August 1st, 2025 (Payment plans are available upon request at the time of initial booking). 

We are currently holding rooms at Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa from January 20th to 25th, 2026 ; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group).   Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

You can secure your room for just $100 or the cost of travel protection.

We are currently holding inventory for the Junior Suite Oceanview. If you're interested in a different category, please use the “Get Price, Book Now” button below and select the option for a room not listed.

Airport Transfers:

During the booking process, after entering your personal information, you will have the option to select airport transportation. Details and instructions regarding your airport transfer will be provided with your final travel documents after your final payment has been received.

After you make your reservation and you would like to make installment payments, please click on the button below to submit a payment.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:

1. Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html

2. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
