Payment information
- Book by: July 1, 2027
- Final payment due: July 1, 2027
- Deposit: $100 per room or the cost of travel protection
- Payment plan: available on request before your deposit. Add a note when you book. A credit review is required.
- If a guest is not approved for the payment plan, they can still make payments of $100 or more at any time before the final payment date. Many destination wedding guests choose this option.
Flights & airport transfers
Flights are not included. Book directly with the airline about 6–3 months before departure, to Cancún International Airport (CUN). Then email your flight details to diana@wishtowandertravel.com so the transfer company can prepare for your arrival. Shared and private transfers can be selected while booking.
General policies
Check-in: The resort requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit at check-in for incidentals; this places a hold on your funds. Smoking is not permitted in rooms or on terraces, and a cleaning fee applies.
Important travel information
- Every traveler needs a valid passport. If you don’t have one, apply as soon as possible, as the process can take months. Apply here.
- Your passport should not expire within 6 months after your travel dates. Airlines can deny boarding even if your passport is technically still valid.
