Room Block Details

We have reserved a block of rooms at Hyatt Vivid Cancun Adults-Only All-Inclusive for
July 27- August 2, 2027.

You are welcome to book alternative dates through the website.
(If a specific room or date is not currently held, Diana will request it be added to the group.)

Important Information:

• Minimum Stay: 3 nights required by the resort

• Wedding Attendance: All guests are recommended to stay at the resort to attend the wedding

• Booking Method: Please book directly through this site to be part of the group block

Payment Information

• Reservations Due Date : February 15, 2027

• Payments Due Date: March , 2027 (Please note, payment deadlines for wedding group bookings are always earlier than for regular reservations.)

• Deposit: Secure your room with just $100 per room or the cost of travel protection

• Payment Plan: Available upon request before submitting your deposit
  (Add your request in the Notes section on the second page of the booking form. Please see Payment Plan FAQ below)

Room Categories

We’ve reserved a selection of specific room types just for our guests, which you can view below.
If you are interested in a different category, simply use the “Get Price, Book Now” button and select “unlisted room.”

Flights

Please note: Flights are not included with your room reservation. Guests will need to book flights to CUN (Cancun) Airport.

We recommend booking your flights about 6 months before travel, ideally by February 2027, to lock in the best schedules and rates.

Flight details will need to be submitted at least 60 days prior to travel, and Diana will send helpful reminders to keep you on track.

Shared nonstop transfers and private transfers (for up to 7 passengers traveling on the same roundtrip flights) will be available to select during the booking process.

If you’re not ready to decide at the time of booking, you can still add transfers later ; simply email diana@wishtowandertravel.com by May 15, 2027.

If you plan to share private transfers with other guests, please:

• Select “No Transfers” during the booking process.

• Add a note mentioning that you’ll be joining other guests.

• Include their names and confirm you’re all traveling on the same roundtrip dates and flights.

GENERAL POLICIES:

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.

Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.

Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring break-free environment.

PRICE MATCHING

In today’s internet age, we all know that some people will be tempted to scour the internet in search for a better deal than what our travel agent can provide, however please note that Funjet Vacations offers a price match guarantee, so in the very rare instance that you do think you have found a better deal, please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:

1. Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html

2. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel. Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due.
