How to Book your Reservation:
To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Wish To Wander Travel. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.
We ask that you book your stay directly from this site as all rooms must be booked within our room block.
In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made by May 1st, 2025 and paid in full by May 1st, 2025.
We are currently holding rooms at Planet Hollywood Cancun from August 28th, 2025- September 3rd, 2025; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.
You can secure your room for just $100 or the cost of travel protection.

Airport Transfers:
During the booking process, after entering your personal information, you will have the option to select airport transportation. Details and instructions regarding your airport transfer will be provided with your final travel documents after your final payment has been received.

Flights:
To be most efficient, please book your flights directly with the airline starting 6 - 3 months before departure. You will want to book your flights to Cancun International Airport. After you book your flights, please email Diana diana@wishtowandertravel.com your flight information so that the transfer company can prepare for your arrival.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html
Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
